Introduction

Welcome to nego77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between nego77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the nego77 website at nego77.lat.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with the nego77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered by nego77, including sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot products, virtual games, promotional offers, and all support and account management functions available through nego77.lat. These Terms must be read in conjunction with the nego77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with nego77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies to all betting and casino gaming activities on the Platform, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. nego77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold an Account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful under applicable national or regional legislation.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of nego77, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account permanently terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your country or territory of residence.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account. The operation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds. nego77 employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any registered details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. nego77 strongly recommends use of a unique, complex password and, where available, two-factor authentication. You must notify nego77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. nego77 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to protect login credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

nego77 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of residential address, and documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended.

Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the nego77 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use. These conditions operate alongside the specific rules applicable to individual betting markets and casino games, which are made available within the Platform interface.

• You may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technology or game systems.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Platform, including any local regulations regarding online gambling.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of all betting and casino activities involves an element of chance and that no strategy guarantees a profit.
• nego77 may at its discretion restrict access to certain features or markets based on your location or account status.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

nego77 supports deposits and withdrawals in MYR via the following methods: FPX Online Banking, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability of individual payment methods may vary. Cryptocurrency deposit options (BTC, USDT) are available for eligible accounts and are subject to additional processing conditions.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. nego77 does not apply deposit fees, though your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose its own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible. nego77 targets withdrawal processing within its published standard timeframes; actual clearance time is subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution. Withdrawals are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and are not available on funds subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotions offered by nego77, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, and free-bet credits, are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. The Wagering Requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x applied to a RM50 bonus requires a total of RM1,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable real Funds. Not all bet types or games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — the applicable contribution percentages are detailed within each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 Abuse & Misuse

nego77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and related winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or where coordinated bonus-abuse conduct is detected.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting at nego77 covers a wide range of markets, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League (EPL) matches, UEFA competitions, UFC events, NBA, esports, and other international competitions. Casino products include live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and an extensive catalogue of third-party slot titles.

• Bets placed and confirmed are binding. nego77 cannot accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• nego77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or voided where the outcome of an event becomes materially affected by circumstances unknown at the time of pricing, including abandoned matches or force-majeure events.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and products. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface.
• All slot and casino games use certified random number generation systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration by an individual below the age of 21 years, or providing false date-of-birth information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account or facilitating the creation of duplicate Accounts on behalf of another person.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies in bad faith.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players during live casino sessions, including the sharing of hand information or coordinated betting strategies designed to disadvantage the house or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting or gaming outcome.
• Conducting any form of chargeback fraud against deposits made to nego77.

Account Suspension & Termination

nego77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or the integrity of gaming.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, nego77 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable time and communicate the outcome to the Account holder. Real-money Funds held in a suspended Account will remain protected pending the outcome of the investigation, subject to any lawful withholding obligations.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting nego77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any withdrawable balance held at the time of closure will be returned via the User's registered Payment Method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nego77 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of betting winnings, data, or access to services resulting from technical interruption.

nego77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and network disruptions may occur. nego77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. Bets placed during periods of technical disruption may be subject to review and, where appropriate, voiding in accordance with Clause 8.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation. nego77's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

Responsible Gambling

nego77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligation to provide a safer gaming environment for adult players. Gambling is entertainment and should never be viewed as a primary source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulty.

nego77 provides Account-level tools to assist eligible Users in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Intellectual Property

All content on the nego77 Platform, including but not limited to the nego77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of nego77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from nego77.

Amendments to These Terms

nego77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and will be displayed prominently on the Platform for a minimum notice period prior to taking effect. The effective date of any revised version will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the nego77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which nego77 is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact nego77 customer support in the first instance. nego77 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, the parties may seek resolution through the applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism or the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.
